My Vision: a world where every person is able to navigate and challenge oppression as a whole human.

My Mission: to build more inclusive workplaces where people can thrive through developing and implementing DEI strategies that include healing and anti-racist practices. 

Recognizing Diversity involves observing and acting upon differences within your organizations in racial and ethnic, socioeconomic, geographic, academic, and professional backgrounds as well as religious, spiritual, and political beliefs, sexual orientations, gender identities, (dis)abilities, family heritage, and life experiences.

Fostering Equity involves identifying and then addressing systems that address the needs of each individual.

Fostering Inclusion involves creating cultures within your organization that nurture each person.

Belonging is a universal need. We seek to be understood. Belonging is the ability to see, listen, respect, and act in a way that ensures every individual is a part of the organization.
